For Pet Boarding
You will need to supply enough dry food and fresh fruit and vegetables (and treats) for your pet's stay, allowing for any delay in your holiday.
Shavings, small animal bedding, straw and water will be provided by us. Vegetables will also be provided if a two week holiday, so please ensure that you advise us if there are any that your pet is allergic/intolerant to.
You must inform us of any existing medical conditions your pet may have and if they require medication we are happy to administer it. We do not accept responsibility for any illness or the death of your pets whilst in our care.
Should any such problem arise we will contact you on the emergency number on your booking form. If we are unable to contact you, we will follow the advice given to us by our vet (Culverden Vets, Jarvis Brooks, East Sussex).
Any veterinary treatment received must be paid for in cash on the collection of your pet.
In the event of a delay in the collection of your pet, please contact us and we will accommodate your pet for the necessary extra time. The extra daily cost must be paid by you in cash on collection.
In the event of you cancelling your pet’s holiday within 28 days prior to arrival, deposits are not refundable. Cozy Pet Lodge cannot be held responsible for any injury you may sustain whilst on our premises.
